Flippr is a crypto to Naira conversion service. You send supported stablecoins, currently USDT and USDC, and receive the Naira value in your own Nigerian bank account. Conversions happen in the Flippr apps for iOS and Android.

Email hello@engagoor.xyz. Include your registered email address and, if your question is about a specific conversion, the reference shown in the app. Please do not send your BVN, NIN, full ID document or bank password by email. We will never ask you for a password or a one time code.
We aim to reply within one business day.
Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with something, tell us and we will look into it.
- Step 1. Email hello@engagoor.xyz with what happened, when, and what you would like us to do.
- Step 2. We acknowledge your complaint within two business days and give you a reference.
- Step 3. We investigate and give you a written outcome within fifteen business days. If we need more time we will tell you why and give a new date.
Payout taking longer than expected
Most conversions settle quickly, but delays happen. The usual causes are bank downtime, network congestion, a mismatch between your bank account name and your verified identity, or an additional check we are required to carry out. If a payout has not arrived, check the status in the app first, then contact us with the reference.
Report suspicious activity
If you think someone has gained access to your account, if you are being pressured to convert funds for another person, or if you have been contacted by someone claiming to be from Flippr, email hello@engagoor.xyz straight away and mark it urgent.
Be aware of a common scam: no one from Flippr will ever ask you to send crypto to a personal wallet address, or ask for your password or one time code.
