These terms govern your use of Flippr, a service that lets you convert supported cryptocurrency into Nigerian Naira paid to your bank account. Please read them before you use the service. By creating a Flippr account or completing a conversion, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are
Flippr is the trading name of a service owned and operated by Engagoor Limited, a company incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 with registration number 9520908. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Engagoor Limited. "You" means the person using the service.
2. What Flippr does
Flippr lets you send supported stablecoins, currently USDT and USDC on supported networks, and receive the Naira value in a Nigerian bank account in your own name. All conversions are carried out through our iOS and Android apps. The website is for information only and cannot be used to transact.
We are a conversion service. We do not offer investment advice, we do not hold your funds as savings, we do not pay interest, and we do not provide trading, lending or custody services.
3. Who can use Flippr
To use Flippr you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be legally able to enter a contract with us;
- hold a Nigerian bank account in your own name; and
- complete our identity verification checks.
You may hold one account only. You must use Flippr for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred.
4. Identity verification
Before you can transact we are required to verify who you are. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information, and to update it if it changes. We may ask for further information or documents at any time, including the source of your funds.
We may refuse to open an account, decline a transaction, pause your account, or end our relationship with you if we cannot verify your identity, if the information you give is inaccurate, or if we are required to do so by law. More detail is in our AML and KYC statement.
5. Rates, fees and quotes
Cryptocurrency prices move constantly. When you start a conversion we show you a rate and the fee that applies. The rate that applies to your conversion is the one confirmed in the app for that transaction. Rates shown on our website or in marketing material are indicative only and are not an offer.
Fees are displayed before you confirm. Your bank may apply its own charges, which we do not control and do not receive.
6. Payouts
We pay Naira to the bank account you register with us. The account name must match the identity you verified with us. We check the account name before paying out and will not pay into an account belonging to someone else.
Payout times quoted by us, including any reference to minutes, are estimates based on normal conditions. They are not guarantees. Bank downtime, network congestion, additional checks required by law, or incorrect details you supply can all cause delays.
7. Blockchain transactions are final
Transactions on a blockchain cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network to the correct address shown in the app. If you send an unsupported asset, use an unsupported network, or send to the wrong address, your funds may be permanently lost. We may not be able to recover them and are not obliged to do so.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Flippr to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or tax, commit or facilitate fraud, or handle the proceeds of crime. You must not use Flippr on behalf of a third party, use false or borrowed identity details, or attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt our systems.
9. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your account, refuse a transaction, or withhold a payout where we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms or unlawful activity, where we are required to by law or by a competent authority, or where we cannot complete our checks. Where we are permitted to tell you, we will explain why.
You may close your account at any time. Closing your account does not affect obligations that arose before closure, and we will still keep records for the periods the law requires.
10. Our liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including blockchain network failures, bank or payment partner outages, or your own error in supplying details. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow us to, including for fraud.
11. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us at hello@engagoor.xyz with your account details and what happened. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and to resolve them within fifteen business days. If we need longer, we will tell you why.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. We will post the updated version here and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will give you notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use Flippr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
